Amber Clifford - Founder - murai international

Amber is the founder of Murai International, a strategy firm operating at the intersection of global new market entry, culture, technology, and entertainment. Throughout her career she has worked with global powerhouses like the 2024 Paris Olympics & City of Saint-Denis, France, the Atlanta Falcons, and Chick-fil-A, among others.

Prior to founding Murai International, Amber led international product strategy for Disney+ in Amsterdam, where she oversaw the platform’s launch and market integration strategy across all of Europe, Asia and The Caribbean in more than 40 markets. Before this, she led the launch of Uber Eats to more than 15 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

As one of tech’s leading international strategy experts, Amber has always excelled by combining her high EQ and knack for being a culture connector with powerful analytical thinking and data analysis to map out strategies for some of the world’s biggest brands. No matter the market, Amber believes there is always a balancing act between hyper-localization and scale, and there’s not a one-size-fits-all right answer but rather key principles to lead decision-making.

Maria Soccor - Actor, Director, Producer, and Founder - Maria Soccor Productions

Maria Soccor, founder of Maria Soccor Productions, is a film production company based in New Jersey with over 30 years of collective experience in feature film production, finance, and international sales- specializing in feature film risk assessment, development, packaging, finance structure, domestic and international co-production partnerships, and worldwide sales & distribution. 

She is an award-winning filmmaker of the acclaimed documentary, Lords of BSV and has several feature documentaries currently in production; Freestyle Music: The Legacy, Tillie, and Sybil: In Her Own Words.

She is an Ambassador of Peace, and advocates for women in the film industry.  Her event, Reel Women, was launched at The 82nd Venice International Film Festival.  She also advocates for green productions, and often works with networks to advance these initiatives.  

Her professional associations include the Feature Documentary Chapter of Film Fatales, SAG/AFTRA, AEA, Primetime Network, New York Women In Film and Television, and The Alliance of Women Directors. Soccor is also active in her community in Hudson County New Jersey as the former Media Director/Head of Operations for Educate The Block, now serving as a board member of this career training program.
